Suffolk
County Community College Expo Center is a well known location
and centrally located in Suffolk County with easy access off
the Long Island Expressway.
As
always the primary purpose of the Long Island Pet Expo is to
promote responsible pet ownership and care at a family event.
Additionally it is the goal of our Pet Expo to bring
together representatives from all areas of the companion animal
world, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, breeders,
hobbyists, clubs, veterinarians and professionals in
order to provide the pet loving public and consumers with the
most comprehensive and exciting exhibitions possible.
The
Long Island Pet Expo has something for every animal lover…pet
enthusiasts and the general public. A fun day for the whole
family! The show will offer many educational and entertaining
performances, special attractions, hands-on-petting opportunities,
pet adoptions and great shopping for pet lovers and their pets.

Pet Owners and animal
lovers of all ages come to see: the great exhibits
and demonstrations, hands on animal petting opportunities,
educational programs, special attractions, pet adoptions,
entertainment plus the outstanding shopping venue for pets
and pet lovers
Many companies ranging from small establishments, local
area pet shops, pet publications, right up to the major
manufacturers will display the latest the pet industry
has to offer, Pet clubs, breeders and associations will
be on hand to help future pet owners decide what pet might
be right for them. Many of these companies will offer special
show prices on a wide array of pet products for the holiday
season.
As with all of our shows, the primary purpose of the
Long Island Pet Expo is to promote responsible pet ownership
at a fun family event. The Long Island Pet Expo has something
for pet lovers of all ages. A fun day for the whole family….Educational
programs and demonstrations are offered throughout the weekend. The
Dog Arena, Rainforest Reptile shows, birds, ferrets, pot-bellied
pigs all offer entertaining and informational programs. Enter
the pet photo contest and see all finalist’s
photos displayed at the show!
Industry professionals, veterinarians, manufacturers,
breeders, animal law enforcement officials and public service
organizations will be on hand to disseminate valuable information
to assist future responsible pet owners and to aid the experienced
ones. We encourage people to bring their mothers, fathers,
sisters, brothers, children and even mothers-in-law….But
don’t bring your pets: we will have plenty for you
to see! |
